You can either dose Ich-X by itself or used it together with API General Cure.
When it comes to dosing Aquarium Solutions/Hikari Ich-X by itself, you need to dose around 5 mL for every 10 gallons or 38 liters of tank water. To find out how you can calculate the recommended dosage amount for this Ich medication, you can take a look at this dosage calculation guide.
When it comes to the treatment schedule, you need to dose this solution at least once every 24 hours (you can dose as frequently as once every 8 hours). Before each dosage, you need to do a water change or at least 33% (the bigger the water change, the more effective Ich-X will be at treating Ich).
You need to continue dosing Ich-X until you no longer see any visible signs of Ich. You should then keep dosing the medication for three more days to make sure that the infection won’t have any chance of coming back.
